Names matter, for some they are the cause of life long teasing. But it isn't just people names that matter what we call things matters too. There is much debate about whether for example chucrhes should include the word Evangelical in their names - after all it is now closely associated with the word fundamentalist.
Names may not win you followers but they can certainly prejudice people and put them off. It can make it harder for them to listen, it can put up barriers.
So what do you do when you want to launch a new Sunday evening meeting which will be home based where there will be fellowship and preaching of the Bible and prayer for one another very like the early church? What do you call it? And why?
