Last night I went out with 7 guys from my street, one owns a taxi so he drove us all to a really good Indian he knows in Rotherham (I have to say the curry was fantastic, the best I've had since leaving Leicester). We had a really good time despite all coming from very different backgrounds, faiths, careers etc.
But it got me to thinking this morning that there is quite a chasm between the worlds view of manliness and the bibles view of manliness. And I wonder if too often what we think is biblical manliness is really just aping the world.
